A very well-known personality in the industry, Mr. Bhargava is recognised as a highly knowledgeable entrepreneur who has played a major role in changing the Outsourcing landscape of the Indian market.
Mr. Kushal Bhargava is the Co-Founder of MyBranch. MyBranch allows businesses to have a local sales office in their preferred destination. The company has offices in over 25 cities across India. Kushal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a master’s in commerce degree from Mumbai University.
He is also an active member of the Student’s Committee of WIRC (Western India Regional Chapter) of ICAI.

Amit Raithatha is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Mumbai, and has also completed the Executive level of the Company Secretary course. With over 14 years of post-qualification experience, he began his career in banking before transitioning into diverse industry sectors.
Before joining us in 2017, Amit held key roles at reputed organizations including Workenstein Collaborative Spaces, Regus Business Centre Pvt. Ltd., Sahara India Parivar, and ICICI Bank.
Mathew Thomas is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 19 years of experience in driving strategic initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
He has a proven track record of cultivating high-performance cultures that empower employees, unlock potential, and strengthen customer loyalty. His core expertise spans talent management, employee relations, payroll and compliance, and strategic HR leadership—making him a key contributor to organizational growth and people-centric success.
With over 25 years of rich, cross-industry experience spanning project execution, client servicing, facility operations, and compliance, Anil brings deep expertise and insight to the table. He has contributed to renowned organizations such as Qdesq, NSDC, and Greenline (a strategic partner of Lodestar Universal McCann), among others. Beyond work, Anil is passionate about decoding mythology, exploring how ancient wisdom connects to modern life, and engaging with people to understand what drives their personal growth.
Vijay Singh holds an Executive Master’s in Business Management from SIBM Pune, an LLB, and a Master’s in Corporate and Financial Law from JGLU, Rohtak.
Over the past 34 years, Vijay has built a distinguished career across a wide range of sectors, including Manufacturing, Process Industries, Refineries, Engineering & Infrastructure, Solar Power, and IT/ITES. His professional journey began with the Armed Forces, instilling in him a strong foundation of discipline and leadership.
Simpson Francis brings over 21 years of diverse experience across sectors including Supply Chain, Business Process Management (BPM), Contract Management, Service Delivery, and Facilities & Infrastructure. Known for his exceptional relationship management skills, he has built strong client partnerships both in India and internationally—an attribute that has become a hallmark of his professional identity.
At MyBranch, Simpson leads the Operations team, ensuring that business functions run efficiently—optimizing resource use—while effectively meeting customer expectations and service standards.
Amiya Sahu brings with him 27 years of rich experience in Manufacturing and Interior Design. Holding a Master’s degree in Wood and Wood-based Technology, Mr. Sahu is recognized for his exceptional technical expertise, meticulous planning, timely execution, close project monitoring, and seamless coordination.
Throughout his extensive career, he has held key roles across prominent organizations, including Kitply Industries, Sahara India—where he was in charge of the prestigious Aamby Valley City project—and Gulf Timber Joinery & Arabesque in Doha, Qatar.
M.M. Basha leads Project Management and Administration at Calibehr, bringing with him over four decades of extensive experience in Project Financing, Project Management, Asset Resolution, Audit, and Administration from his tenure at a nationalized bank.
He holds deep expertise in auditing, having conducted audits of both domestic and international branches over a span of seven years. His vast knowledge and disciplined approach continue to be instrumental in strengthening operational governance and administrative excellence at Calibehr.
With over 12 years of dedicated experience in the Information Technology sector, Shadab Shaikh has developed deep expertise across a diverse range of domains.
His versatile skill set includes Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), Aviation, Logistics, Salesforce, E-commerce, Online Bidding platforms (for diamonds and apparel), Chat Software, and Artificial Intelligence. Shadab’s breadth of knowledge and adaptability make him a valuable asset in delivering innovative, tech-driven solutions across industries.
